How to Use – Polishing Guide

Safety First:

• Wear eye protection, waterproof gloves, and an apron before starting

Prepare Workpiece:

• Secure the stone to prevent slipping

Begin with Coarse Grit:

• Start with grit 50
• Use circular, clockwise motion with light water spray
• Ensure even smoothness before progressing to next grit

Surface Inspection:

• Squeeze water, inspect surface at 30–45° angle
• Repeat polishing if uneven scratches/surface remain

Progress Through Grits:

• Follow grit sequence: 50 → 100 → 200 → 400 → 800 → 1500 → 3000
• Do not skip grits; skipping reduces final polish quality

Final Shine:

• Shine typically starts appearing around grit 800
• If scratches remain at higher grits, revisit earlier steps
