 Usage Instructions

  1. Safety First: Wear safety glasses, waterproof gloves, and apron
  2. Secure the Surface: Fasten the stone to prevent slipping
  3. Start with Lower Grit: Begin with grit 50, using circular clockwise motions
  4. Progress Gradually: Move through each grit (50 → 100 → 150 → 200 → 400 → 800 → 1500 → 3000 → Buff)
  5. Check Uniformity: Inspect surface at 30–45° angle between grits for uniform smoothness
  6. Final Finish: Shine typically appears from grit 800 onward; for deep gloss, continue through to 3000 or Buff

 Notes & Tips

  • Do not skip grits — skipping leads to suboptimal polish and visible scratches
  • Polishing by hand takes more time than machine tools but gives precise control
  • Use a thin water film during polishing for cooling and better performance
